  AutoCAD is one of the two market leaders in traditional CAD applications. While the product is not specifically tailored to irrigation design, it is still favored by many designers due to its overall functionality and robustness.

  The Center for Irrigation Technology has several applications. Hyper-SPACE allows you to evaluate your design by viewing a graphical representation of the sprinkler coverage.  

  FastQuote and IrriCAD by Nelson
 
  Nelson has researched and developed software programs that help organize all the information that goes into designing an irrigation system. Each program, in its own way, breaks down all of the components and specifies which combination of products will give the best results in a given circumstance.  

  LandCADD by EaglePoint
 
  LandCADD provides powerful tools for designers to lay out, design, and perform calculations on any size irrigation project using popular manufacturer's equipment. The program is modular and part of the larger EaglePoint suite of design tools.

  RainMaker Professional by J.B. Green Computing
 
  RainMaker Professional is a software package for creating your irrigation projects and build estimates. The application is manufactured in France.
